Performance characteristics
Higher vibration intensity, larger processing capacity
G-force is a key indicator for measuring the performance of vibration equipment, and the greater the vibration intensity, the greater the processing capacity. The GF series vibrating feeder utilizes advanced design concepts and manufacturing processes, with a very high vibration intensity of 4.0G and a very large processing capacity that is more than 20% higher than traditional TSW feeders.
Two stage drop design greatly enhances pre screening capability
Using vibration motor as the vibration source, efficient, reliable, and convenient
Rubber spring support design for smoother and quieter operation
Digital processing for higher precision
Original factory parts supply, worry free operation after operation

Working principle
The GF series vibrating feeder uses a vibration motor as the excitation source to drive the equipment to vibrate, forcing the material to slowly push from the feeding end to the discharging end. At the same time, screen the materials to make their particle size more uniform.
Usually, a bar mesh screen is equipped at the discharge end of the feeder. Through it, materials with particle sizes smaller than the spacing between each rod are separated, and materials with larger particle sizes are transported to the crusher.

The feeder is installed on a support, and the support is equipped with rubber springs to bear the vibration of the feeder.
Feeding refers to conveying materials according to the required quantity, and adjusting the feeding capacity of the feeder by changing the excitation force of the vibration motor. The material can be further screened using the screening layer installed at the bottom of the feeder.
